Please note that due to their delicate, custom nature, made-to-order bridal gowns are final sale unless a manufacturing fault is identified.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal within 30 days of receiving your order and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Select Items and Reason

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason to help our stylists better serve you in the future.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn, unwashed items with all original tags and luxury packaging intact into a secure shipping box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
